Many of us are busy, and I mean busy people. We have our jobs, our children, our spouses, soccer, karate, dance and we still need time to make it to the gym.  We live in our cars and so we often turn to fast food or processed food that just needs to be heated. But this type of living is quite frankly killing us. We are obese, we are tired, and we are on more medication than ever before.

Many celebs and doctors are starting to be more open to alternative ways of living and to curing or reversing medical conditions.  We have a friend who was diagnosed with dementia and she switched to a Raw Diet and was able to reverse her dementia diagnoses. Many people have switched to vegan or mostly vegan diets to reverse diabetes and other cardiac conditions (Bill Clinton, Christina Pirello, etc.). To this end we will be introducing healthy recipes and encouragement in this blog and on our other social media pages.
