We are currently planning our next Radiance Spa party- probably September 26, and we want to introduce you to our guest for this event.
Meet Margaret
Margaret Cancelliere was diagnosed with MS about 7 years ago. But looking at her today you would be loathe to think that she is sick. Her skin glows, her hair only has the tiniest bit of gray, and her personality is dynamic. How can a woman with MS be so vibrantly healthy? We are about to explain a bit.
After her diagnosis Margaret began to look for alternative ways of managing her condition. In her quest she came across the idea of eating Raw mostly vegan food as a way of managing her MS. She began to study our bodies and our food choices and the correlation between the two. She is now a Life Style Consultant helping others learn lifestyles choices that can free them from their own medical conditions.
She begins with a consultation examining their eating styles and habits, their physical activity, and what stressers they are currently experiencing. She then offers a variety of suggestions- however the ultimate choice is always in the hands of each individual.
Typically she begins each client with a form of Detox, this can be a colonic, a charcoal cleanse, or a juicing cleanse. She encourages clients to begin moving, taking 15-20 minutes just to walk outside breathing deeply. She firmly believes that for each bad habit to remove, we need to replace it with a healthy habit.
What does a Raw diet look like?
It varies from person to person, some people are 100% Raw (can be vegan or not) and others like Margaret are 70% Raw. Margaret's basic schedule is below.
We have included a Raw Food breakdown below.
