Fall is here...we think.  The days have grown shorter with mornings and evenings turning darker for longer.  We are starting to get into our Fall routines as our children are back in school.   For some of us this is a problem as we begin to experience SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder), but you don't have to be alone.  You can can come and hang out with a lovely bunch of ladies as we relax and loosen up.  To that end we have a party next week!
