Makeup Tricks to Prepare for Your Party

‘Tis the holiday season and all of us are juggling parties, gifts and wish lists. Doesn’t matter how chaotic the preparation is, we have to look our best once we enter through the door. We wanted to share some great makeup tips offered by celebrity brow specialist, Elke Von Freudenberg, to add some glam to your look. “The holidays are the perfect time to experiment a little, and make makeup look ultra-glamorous and elegant. Think color, shine or statement, but not all three.”

• -         Think color, as in matte red lip
• -         Try shine, as in shimmering eye shadow, or glittery lip-gloss
• -         Go statement with a bold trend, as in the elegant but dramatic eyeliner look
• -         Want to be a little more bold? Try two out of three, like a statement eye, black or smoky, and shine or glittery highlighter on the cheekbones or a colorful cheek and a glittery eye shadow.
